The Summer Reading Challenge is back!

This week Primary 7 pupils have been getting a taste of what life is like at Annan Academy.

By now most P7 pupils should have been given a Summer Reading Challenge booklet. In collaboration with the local public libraries, we are challenging them to read six books in six weeks over the summer holidays. Everyone who hands in a completed booklet at the start of the new session in August will receive a certificate.

There are lots of book recommendations on  this blog and on Mrs Turner’s library blog at http://aalibrary.wordpress.com/

Why not check out some of the favourite summer reads of 2011 by clicking on the link in the column on the left.

Whatever you choose to read over the summer, we’d love to hear from you.

P7s – Enjoy your last days at Primary. We look forward to seeing you again in August and good luck with the challenge!
